I was born in the South American country of Guyana. My dad gave me the name Abiola. I was told that Abiola means born in honor or born to riches and it's of Nigerian origin. In my early teens I migrated to the beautiful island of Barbados and continued my education at St. Patrick's R.C. high school. My favorite classes were writing, home economics, arts and crafts. Then at the age of sixteen my family moved to the United States of America.
I continued my education at John Adams H.S. After graduating I worked at a daycare teaching in a afterschool program. My love of reading, writing, organizing and learning continued so I decided to return to school to pursue an associate degree in office administration.
This allowed me to gain much insight into managing a business or office. I have put those skills into action in my assignments and projects.
